This phrase is even more often heard from citizens of Ukraine concerning actions of the State Office of Public Prosecutor and its heads! These people have set an example for all community in fight against corruption in all directions! And acknowledgement to it is a large quantity of criminal cases got against the officials who have wallowed in corruption of all ranks.

Valery Khoroshkovsky in power structures is not the new person. In 2006 he held the post of the assistant to the secretary of National Security council and defense of Ukraine, in 2009 has been appointed by the first deputy of the chairman of Security service of Ukraine, and in 2010 – has headed the Security service of Ukraine.

Today, I trust, Ukraine is very close to historically important step – to receive associated membership in EU. And never before Ukraine had no best launching sites. Today the majority of Ukrainians wants to go on the European way and is an axiom. The same prospect for the country sees also ruling elite.

To provide legality and the law and order in armed forces of Ukraine is one of key problems of the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine. And though in public prosecutor's activity there is no lung of a work site channelized – especially uneasy as has the specificity, the system of mutual relations.

Ukraine – the modern European state which develops now in all aspects of the existence. The given tendency is traced in the most various spheres of the state activity – to some extent, but the country goes by reforms and transformations.

On December, 28th 2011 press conference of the public prosecutor of the Kharkov region of the state justice adviser of the third class Gennady Tyurin has taken place.

Question of overall performance of law enforcement bodies of the Kharkov region on revealing, disclosing and investigation of the crimes made in budgetary system, are discussed at the coordination meeting in the Office of Public Prosecutor of region which has taken place on December, 29th under the chairmanship of prosecutor of the region Gennady Tyurin.
